Details you provide
If you submit the inquiry form, we store your name, work email, role, optional engineering challenge, time received, consent version and an inquiry reference in a private database on the website origin. We use them to evaluate your inquiry and respond. The form is optional.
Basic usage counts
The website counts a limited set of actions, such as page views, opening a walkthrough form and interacting with the local demonstration. It stores only daily event names and their totals, without cookies, session IDs or contact details. These aggregates do not support a unique-visitor count. Requests are rate-limited using short-lived in-memory network information to discourage abuse.
Storage and retention
Form submissions and aggregated event counts are stored on the Straxis One server, not in a public web directory. Records are retained for up to 180 days by the current application, unless an earlier removal request is processed or legal obligations require a different retention period. Access is restricted to authorized operators; the inquiry endpoint does not expose an administrative listing.
External resources
The embedded product-film and product-evidence images are served from this website. The separate STRMODEL application shown in screenshots is not embedded live. Your browser or email application may contact other services if you follow external links or email us.
Security and your choices
Traffic to this website uses HTTPS. No website can guarantee absolute security. You can choose not to submit the form, request a copy or deletion of the details you supplied, or contact us directly at [email protected]. If you follow external links, their policies apply.

We will update the date above when this notice materially changes. This notice covers this Straxis One site, not every Straxis International service.
